Once an order is placed on our website, it is sent directly to our processing system so we can begin preparing it as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Customers may request to cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our Customer Support team.

Please note:
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing the order.
All cancellation requests are subject to the order’s current status and our processing system.
Submitting a cancellation request within the 2-hour window does not guarantee that the order can be cancelled.
Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
We are unable to cancel an order once it has already been:
• Processed
• Packed
• Shipped
If your order has reached any of these stages, it will be delivered as scheduled. After delivery, you may refer to our Return Policy for further assistance.
Order Modifications
Once an order has entered processing, we cannot guarantee changes to:
• Shipping address
• Product style, color, or quantity
• Payment method
Please review all order details carefully before completing checkout.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If an order is refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
The order will be treated as a return.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping and handling fees may be deducted from the refund.
