Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your order. If something arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us and we will make it right.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

We may offer a refund or replacement if:

- The item arrives damaged.
- The item is defective.
- You received the wrong item.
- The print or product quality is significantly different from what was ordered.
- Your package is confirmed lost by the carrier.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Made-to-Order Products

Most of our products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we usually cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

- Wrong size ordered.
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- Color differences caused by screen settings.
- Minor placement or print variations common in made-to-order production.

Size Exchanges

Please check the size chart carefully before ordering. Since our products are made to order, we may not be able to offer free size exchanges. If you need help choosing a size, contact us before placing your order.

Refund Process

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@wildtrailclub.com. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered production.
