Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase. During holidays, sales events, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Estimated delivery time after production:

United States: 3–5 business days  
Canada: 7–10 business days  
United Kingdom: 7–10 business days  
Australia: 7–14 business days  
International: 10–20 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. Free shipping may be available during promotional periods or for qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after your package has been handed to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned or delayed due to an incorrect address, we may not be responsible for replacement or reshipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages
